दिनांक १०/१०/२०२४ आम्ही क्र. १ ते ४ यांनी सदरहू भागीदारी फर्मचा हिशोब सर्व संमतीने पुर्ण करुन भागीदारी फर्म विसर्जन केलेली आहे. त्यासंबंधी मे. नोटरी अॅड आर. डी. खैरनार यांच्याकडे भागीदारी फर्मचा विसर्जन दस्त क्र. ९१८७ / २०२४ हा आम्ही क्र. १ ते ४ यांनी लिहून व नोंदवून दिलेला आहे. सदरहू भागीदारी फर्मचे आजपासून यापुढील व यापुर्वीचे सर्व आर्थिक देवाणघेवाण यास आमचे पैकी कल्पेश गजानन सोनार हे जबाबदार रहातील असे ठरलेले आहे. त्यासंबंधी भागीदारी विसर्जन दस्त मध्ये संपुर्ण हिशोब, देवाणघेवाण याचा हिशोब करुन सदरह दस्त नोंदलेला आहे. सदरहू भागीदारी फर्मच्या विसर्जन दस्तातील मजकूर हा आम्ही क्र. १ ते ४ यांच्यावर बंधनकारक आहे. आजरोजी आमचे भागीदारी फर्मचे कायदेशीर विसर्जन झाल्यामुळे आमचे पैकी नावे श्री. अमोल उध्दवराव खैरनार, सौ. भाग्यश्री अमोल खैरनार, व सौ. भारती कल्पेश सोनार यांचा सदरहू भागीदारी फर्मचे कोणत्याही यापुर्वीचे अथवा यापुढील व्यवहाराशी कोणताही प्रत्यक्ष, अप्रत्यक्ष संबंध रहाणार नाही.
येणेप्रमाणे आम्ही क्र. १ ते ४ नावे श्री. अमोल उध्दवराव खैरनार, सौ. भाग्यश्री अमोल खैरनार, कल्पेश गजानन सोनार व सौ. भारती कल्पेश सोनार हे भागीदारी फर्म विसर्जन केल्याबददल सदरहू भागीदारी फर्म विसर्जन नोटीस प्रसिध्द केली आहे.

Dated 10/10/2024 we no. 1 to 4 have settled the accounts of the said partnership firm with all consent and dissolved the partnership firm. Regarding that May. Notary Add R. D. Khairnar has visarjan dast of partnership firm no. 9187 / 2024 is we no. 1 to 4 have been written and recorded. It is decided that one of us, Kalpesh Gajanan Sonar, shall be responsible for all financial transactions of the said partnership firm from today onwards. In the partnership dissolution deed regarding that, the said deed has been recorded after accounting for the entire calculation, exchange.
