तमांम लोकांस व विशेषतः चेअरमन, दि मालेगांव को. ऑपरेटीव्ह स्पीनींग मिल्स लि.मालेगांव, सायने बु ता. मालेगांव जि.नासिक यांना कळविण्यांत येते की, मालमत्ता वर्णन :- Texmaco hi. Spin २०० with ४४० Spindles, Calcutta या वर्णनाची रिंग फ्रेम मशीन एकुण ६ नग, निर्माण वर्ष १९९० .
सदरील मालमत्ता विक्री संबंधाने दि.३/१/२०२५ रोजीचे आजचा दैनिक दिनकर हया वर्तमानपत्राबाबत तुम्ही निवीदा प्रसिध्द करुन निवीदा मागविलेल्या आहेत असे प्रथमदर्शनी नोटीसीवरुन स्पष्ट होत आहे.
आमचे अशिल महाविर गिनींग अॅण्ड प्रेसींग, मलकापुर रोड, बोदवड जि. जळगांव यांची आपणाकडे बरीच मोठी रक्कम घेणे बाकी असल्याने व आपण रक्क्म अदा न केल्यामुळे त्या संदर्भात मालेगांव येथील दिवाणी न्यायालय व. स्तर यांचे न्यायालयांत आरबीट्रेशन रे. दरखास्त नं. ४२०/२०२३ ही वसुलीसाठी प्रलंबीत आहे व त्यांत आपण हजर देखील झाला आहांत. आपल्या अखत्यारीतील मिळकतींचे म्हणजेच स्थावर व जंगम मालमत्ते संबंधाने आमचे अशिलांनी अलाहीदा न्यायालयांत उपरोक्त दरखास्तीमध्ये बोजा चढविणेकामी व मिळकतींवर टाच आणणेकामी व ईतर अनुषंगिक दाद मागीतलेली आहे व कोणतीही मालमत्ता विक्री करणार नाही अश्या प्रकारची लेखी हमी देखील आपल्यामार्फत न्यायालयांत देण्यांत आलेली आहे.
तरी तमाम जनतेस व आपणांस हया जाहीर नोटीसीद्वारा सुचीत करण्यांत येते की, दि मालेगांव को. ऑप. स्पीनींग मिल्स लि. मालेगांव, सायने बु ता. मालेगांव जि.नासिक यांचे मालकीसंबंधाने असलेल्या कोणत्याही स्थावर वा जंगम मिळकतीसंबंधाने अन्य ति - हाईतांशी कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हस्तांतराचा वा तबदीलीचा व्यवहार करु नये वा अन्य कोणाचे हितसंबंध निर्माण करु नयेत. तत्राप अश्याप्रकारचे कोणतेही हितसंबंध निर्माण केल्यांस वा कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हस्तांतर वा तबदीलीचा व्यवहार केल्यांस ती कार्यवाही नियमबाह्य व बेकायदेशिर राहील व आमचे अशिलांना मान्य व बंधनकारक रहाणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी. दि. ९/९/२०२५

To all the people and especially to the Chairman, The Malegaon Co. Operative Spinning Mills Ltd. Malegaon, Saine Bu Ta. Malegaon Dist.Nashik is informed that, property description :- Texmaco hi. Spin 200 with 440 Spindles, Calcutta Description Ring Frame Machine Total 6 Nos. Year of Manufacture 1990 .
It is clear from the prima facie notice that you have published tenders and called for tenders regarding the sale of the said property dated 3/1/2025 in Aajcha Dainik Dinkar newspaper.
Our Ashil Mahavir Ginning and Pressing, Malkapur Road, Bodwad Dist. Since Jalgaon owes a huge amount to us and we have not paid the amount, in that regard Civil Court at Malegaon and Arbitration in Courts of Strata Re. Application no. 420/2023 is pending for recovery and we have also appeared in it. In relation to the income under our jurisdiction, i.e. immovable and movable property, our clients have requested in the above petitions in the Courts of Encumbrance and attachment of income and other collateral complaints and we have also given a written guarantee in the courts that we will not sell any property.
However, it is hereby announced to all the people and you through this public notice that the Malegaon Ko. Op. Spinning Mills Ltd. Malegaon, Saine Bu Ta. Malegaon Dist.Nashik should not make any kind of transfer or transfer transaction or create any interest relationship with other third parties in relation to any immovable or movable property belonging to Malegaon Dist.Nashik. It should be noted that if any such interest relationship is created or if any kind of transfer or transfer transaction is done, that action will remain illegal and illegal and will not be acceptable and binding on our clients. d. 9/9/2025
