Be it known to public at large that my client wishes to enter into an agreement with PRADEEP S. UMAP GIRISH S. UMAP, MRUNALINI MADHUKAR RADKE & AVINASH'S UMAP residents of Nagpur to purchase their jointly owned property situated at The Modem Nagpur Co-operative Housing Society. Nagpur comprising all that piece of parcel of land held bearing Plot No.32 in Malik Makbuja Rights containing by admeasurement 3000 Sq.Fts, Mouza-Khamia, Corporation Ward No.75, City Survey No.740, Sheet No.11 NMC House No.3453/32alongwith RCC Super structure covering a total built up area of 91.41 Sq.Mirs alongwith all electric filings, fixtures connections and all easementary rights appurtenant and belonging thereto, situated at Tatya Topa Nagar Near Surendra Nagar Khamla Read, Nagpur within the limits of NMC & NIT Nagpur and bounded as under: ON THE NORTH Land belonging to Central Railway Co. Op Hsg. Society, ON THE SOUTH: Plot No. 31 of this Layout, ON THE EAST 30 Wide Road of the Layout, ON THE WEST Plot No. 17 & 18 of this Layout.
The aforesaid owners have assured my dent that the aforesaid property is their ancestral property belonging to them alone and that none except them have acquired any manner of night, ste and interest of any kind whatsoever in respect of the aforesaid property, It is therefore hereby informed to the public at large that any person, bank, financial Institution excluding the said owner claims any right, te andor interest of any kind whatsoever in respect of the aforesaid property by way of sale, mortgage.git, lien or by any other way, then such person, Bank, Financial Institution should contact or write to the undersigned within 7 (Seven) days from the date of publication of this Notice with sufficient documentary proof, failing which my client shall proceed to complete the proposed transaction and thereafter no one's claim shall be binding uponmydent
